Travel
The islands of Phi Phi are reached via a flight to Phuket, then a boat transfer of 60-75 minutes to your chosen accommodation. We can arrange for you to be met on arrival at Phuket Airport and privately transferred to the boat marina, or collected from your Phuket accommodation. From £39 per person.
Guide to the islands
There are two main islands, Ko Phi Phi Don and Ko Phi Phi Leh. The larger of the two, Ko Phi Phi Don is where the hotels and resorts are located, set on stunning sandy beaches. Uninhabited Ko Phi Phi Leh is just a short boat ride from Ko Phi Phi Don and a very popular destination for day trippers due to the limestone cliffs, caves and long white beaches. Part of a National Park, these naturally beautiful islands are surrounded by an abundance of corals and amazing marine life providing excellent snorkelling and diving.
When to go
January and February are probably the best months to visit, but also the busiest with visitors. The rainy season is generally May to October, peaking in September. The rainfall tends to come in short, sharp downpours. Temperatures are fairly consistent throughout the year, 24-32°C
